Our staff are trained in IT and business disciplines. Certificates in IT with various specialities. Complex and design issues are all overseen by degree qualified engineers.
Mode of Operation
Our staff are both on-the-road and fixed in our retail shop. This gives the most flexibility in being able to respond to our clients needs.
Service Coverage
As our business model is based on roaming engineers our support coverage area is the greater Brisbane area.
We normally provide within 2 hour on-site response depending on the nature of the issue.
